Refund policy
We hope that you enjoy your new items so much that, never want to part with them. But for peace of mind, in the event that you aren't quite happy with your new purchase, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or refund.
Conditions of return
Please take the time to ensure that the following conditions are met prior to attempting to make a return:
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your goods to contact a Home Storage & Living Customer Service representative to initiate a return.
- Item/s must be as new and is not used, worn, washed, or opened, and has all original packaging and tags in tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken).
- Item/s must be in a condition to be resold.
- Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and any subsequent packing materials.
- Due to reasons related to health, Home Storage & Living cannot offer returns or refund on item/s including duvets/quilts, mattress toppers/protectors, and pillows.
- Home Storage & Living mattresses that have been removed from packaging and allowed to expand are ineligible for a return, refund or exchange.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is offered, any returned payments will be processed via the same method originally used to purchase the item/s.
- If your returned item/s are found to be damaged in any way, the above conditions will not apply.

To return or exchange your order, please use one of the methods below to contact a Home Storage & Living Customer Service representative and make a claim.

Returns Policy
If you've changed your mind regarding a purchase and the item/s are as new, not used, worn, washed, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken), you may return the item/s within 30 days of receiving the goods and upon presentation of your receipt. This applies to item/s at full price and sale purchases but excludes duvets/quilts, mattress toppers/protectors, pillows due to health related reasons, and mattresses that have been removed from packaging and seals broken.
If any goods have a major problem as deemed by Australian Consumer Law including being unsafe, does not match the description, has a serious problem or several smaller problems that would stop someone from buying the product beforehand, or can't be used for it's normal purpose, please contact a Home Storage & Living Customer Service representative for assistance.
In the event that you are entitled to a refund under the conditions of our policy, the refund will be processed via the same payment method made during the original purchase. Refunds will only be processed and returned to your account following the returned items being back in the possession of Home Storage & Living and any damages being inspected and approved.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for Change of Mind returns and should you return an item/s for Change of Mind reasons, you will incur the fees associated with return shipping and any subsequent packaging materials. Any fees incurred during the return process will be deducted from your refund.
Should you return an item, you are responsible for the risks associated with returning goods. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind or refund.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address
